I enthusiastically got married in December 2016 only to discover that my wife is completely absent in our relationship. Our 4 day marriage never got consummated as she was staying aloof. When I asked her reasons she revealed about feeling nostalgic of her ex. This was a mega shock for me as she had never spoken about this in our courtship meetings. I never expected this happening with me. I asked her whereabouts of her ex-boyfriend and I literally couldn’t find any detail of his. Neither on Facebook, nor on Linked-in profile, phone, work-place; nothing. No traces at all. I sensed something is terribly fishy and thus sent my wife to her parents place to take time and understand the underlying truth. Few days later, I receive a phone call from the wife of my wife’s ex-boyfriend/lover. And I discover that he was right there present under my nose attending all our marriage functions and also at my wife’s home in select functions. Apparently my wife and her boyfriend had plans to abscond or maintain a parallel relationship. This trauma was larger than what I could handle alone. Handling such a serious situation was beyond my maturity, courage and experience. I searched for help and thankfully I found Life Shapers and founder Mr. Amit Kapadia personally helped sort out the entire issue. I also enrolled my wife into the counselling program. Life shapers helped both of us to sort out entire mess of our lives. We however separated and divorced mutually with peace. But the real turning point came after 4 years in December 2020 when I received a feedback call from Life Shapers to casually check about my wellness. Amit was on the other side of phone and as he spoke he asked about my remarriage. I was hesitant to discuss anything, I was feeling ashamed. I said, I don’t feel I will ever marry again. Amit instantly picked up the underlying problem from my talks and educated me how I was undergoing after-effects of betrayal trauma and why I was afraid to pose in trust in any other female in my life. He helped me identify my fear. He insisted me to work upon myself to get better results out of my life. I was hesitant initially but since I had already seen the benefits of working with Amit, I chose to proceed. Moreover, I could also not deny that if I don’t chose to resolve my fear of finding a fraud female again, then I would have to stay alone entire life. I started working with Amit in January 2021 and now in Feb 2021, I have proposals flowing in. I am in a much better position now and shall update my testimonial as I get married again.
